One of My Michigan Friends | Last summer when I visited Michigan I discovered a pet-friendly area along the lakefront. I was missing Tanner and Oliver and then along came a town with adorable hand-painted statues of dogs of all sorts. You can see the slideshow of these life-size dogs here. It really helped me perk up.
These dogs obviously didn't come from Petfinder, but today's do. Hope you enjoy this assortment and find someone you'd like to share your home with.
 | | Bingo | Bingo spent much of his youth in a crate while his family was at work. Now he is beginning to learn skills like walking on a leash and more. He missed out on much with his first home, so a family that can spend time with him and help him get trained, socialized and bonded would be perfect for Bingo. Bingo is an English Springer Spaniel, 3 years old and available in Breckenridge, Michigan.
 | | I Need a Name! | Just imagine being called Beagle 130. This poor fella just turned up homeless, yet he is pleasant and gets along well with others--dogs and people. I guess the rescue either has not yet named him, or is choosing not to. It's just sad that there is nothing to call him when it's time for chow! If you're interested in a friendly Beagle, #130 is available in Ithaca, Michigan.
 | | Tiger | Tiger is described as a stunning kitten with beautiful coat and eyes. He has been neutered and is house trained, all ready to go to his new home. Tiger is in the foster system in Midland, Michigan, where he is said to get along well with other pets in the home and is friendly. He enjoys playing when on the ground.
 | | Meeko | Meeko is an adult male rabbit that is one of the favorites at the rescue. He is sweet, friendly and a real cuddler. Rabbits are great pets when placed in the right homes. Be sure to ask plenty of questions to determine if your home is a good environment for a rabbit. Meeko sounds like a good catch, and is available in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
