Dodman w/Dogs We are pleased to announce the following Seminar series from Dr. Nicholas Dodman. 

Dr. Dodman is the Director of Animal Behavior at Tufts University and has authored numerous best selling books including The Dog Who Loved To Much, The Well Adjusted Dog, Puppy's First Steps and Dogs Behaving Badly.  Dr. Dodman is internationally recognized and has been featured on 20/20, Oprah, Good Morning America, The Today Show, Good Morning America, Dateline and World News with Peter Jennings.

Dr. Ian Dunbar Doggy-Lecture Dates

Dr. Dunbar & Dune Dr. Ian Dunbar is a veterinarian, animal behaviorist, author/producer of multiple books, and videos.

Largely regarded as the father of positive reinforcement dog training, Dr. Dunbar has played a major role in evolving the profession from punishment and dominance-theory based to positive reinforcement techniques.

Dr. Dunbar founded the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) in Canada and the United States. The APDT is now the largest pet dog training organization in the world.

Dr. Dunbar is credited with introducing and promoting the idea that puppies under the age of six months can and should be trained. He founded his training school, Sirius Dog Training, based on that philosophy. He is also the co-founder of DogStarDaily.com.

Nicole Wilde, CPDT (Certified Pet Dog Trainer) is the author of eight books, writes columns and articles for various magazines and newspapers including Modern Dog Magazine, and has hosted the Dog Talk radio show. She co-stars in the DVD Train Your Dog: The Positive Gentle Method and guest stars on The Dog Whisperer (with Paul Owens) DVD.

Nicole has worked with all types of canines, both domestic and exotic (specializing in wolves and wolfdogs) as a trainer (and rescuer) for over twenty years. She has also worked with the Los Angeles city shelters, and was Executive Director for a rescue center for wolves/wolfdogs and Pit Bulls. Nicole trains dogs and their owners through her company, Gentle Guidance Dog Training, in Southern California. Program descriptions and registration information can be found at Phantom Publishing.
